Choosing to use our services constitutes your agreement to our policies.
It is important to make sure we honor each of our guests as fairly as possible.
We understand that sometimes things happen however, the client scheduled after you may be on break or a tight schedule. In either case, everyone has a schedule to keep.
With that said, in the event a client is late for arrival for his/her scheduled appointment time, the late time is deducted from the scheduled time slot with the full amount for the scheduled services being due for the services that were scheduled. This allows our therapist(s), technician(s), and clinician(s) to stay on time for other scheduled clients and duties.
Choosing to use our services constitutes your agreement to our policies.
In the event that a scheduled appointment cannot be kept, we do not offer refunds on deposits or pre-paid services. You may however, be rescheduled to another convenient date/time provided you rendered at least 24 hours cancellation and rescheduling notice for which there is no charge.
Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation, may result in retainment of 50% of the total scheduled service charge(s) to cover related staff, room prep time, time spent trying to fill the empty time slot, and product preparation expenses while the balance (50% of the scheduled charges) will be applied to a rebooking date or gift card/certificate for future use.

***Due to contagious illnesses, there may be times we must reschedule. If we need to reschedule on our end for any reason we will attempt to give you as much notice as possible to keep everyone safe. We will NOT refund however, we will apply pre-paid monies to a gift card for another date/time.
If you have been exposed or affected by Flu or cold viruses as well Covid-19, please do the same.
Again, NO refunds on pre-paid charges or purchases.
We will gladly extend the expiration date of your gift card in these instances. Pre-paid packages do not expire for up to two years.
To reiterate, you may reschedule for another convenient time.

Time for you has been set aside, staff secured, tables/rooms prepped, in some cases, products purchased/ and/or food items purchased. Failing to show for the scheduled appointment(s) may result in the relinquishment of funds pre-paid as well as the services scheduled to cover our supplies and staff including the time they waited. Rescheduling after failing to show for a scheduled appointment will require a new deposit. For missed appointment(s) without 24 hr notice where a deposit wasn't required you agree to be billed 50% of scheduled service(s) to a card on file with signed consent to charge.

You will be draped for comfort, warmth, and modesty. Draping is a requirement under Texas Law. There are no exceptions.

Sexual comments, jokes, or advances, sexual movements, removing the draping, inappropriate touching of self and/or touching your massage therapist, will be cause to terminate your session with full payment due. Police will be notified and charges will be filed.
